Cbank: Russia Jan–May current account surplus soars to $110 bln

MOSCOW, Jun 9 (PRIME) -- Russia’s current account surplus grew to U.S. $110.3 billion in January–May from $35.8 billion in the same period of 2021 thanks to an increase of financial assets and a smaller decline of liabilities, the central bank said in a statement on Thursday quoting preliminary data.
